We contacted Will at Wayne Bowden Painters to come and give a quote for a complete re-paint of a very tired run down 1940’s bungalow. Right from the start of the process it was clear this was a seriously well run company, Will was incredibly flexible and accommodating, every phone call and text was answered straight away, all appointments were kept and on time, the quote was fast and detailed and nothing was ever a problem. Pricing was great and WBP were super adaptable with timings and working around a young family to ensure minimum disruption. WBP ended up taking the job on and also managing the other trades that were in and out of the house, to ensure all trades could work in with each other and most importantly the job was completed on time. The painters were all really respectful polite professional people who were very easy to deal with. The painting was a super high standard, to come back to a full house complete re-paint and not have any problems is incredibly rare. On top of that this house had wallpapers hung also and this was also done beautifully with huge attention to detail. We contacted Wayne Bowden Painters Ltd in October 2017 to obtain a quotation for the application of a maintenance coat of wood oil on our Cedar Town House (one of an enclave of three). Our point of contact was Will Bowden who promptly provided the quotation and detailed thoroughly what processes would be followed. As there was a specified time frame for us to have the work completed, Will was happy to assist in ensuring the job was started at a time which would suit in with our plans. The Painters and the materials arrived on site as detailed. It was great to have a team of guys who really cared about what they were doing. They were polite, cheerful, unobtrusive and meticulous in what they did. At the end of each day the site was left clean and tidy and even during the day they would ensure we were not being inconvenienced with the placement of scaffolding and other quipment that was required for the job. Regularly Mike the Foreman for Will would drop by to ensure everything was going to plan. It was reassuring to see this standard of attention to detail. The job was completed promptly and we are very happy with the result. We have asked WBP to provide us with a maintenance programme for the future as we want to continue our relationship with them. Although this reference only relates to our property, WBP have completed the same work for our two neighbours as all property owners were wanting the same high standards.
