We contacted Wayne Bowden Painters Ltd in October 2017 to obtain a quotation for the application of a maintenance coat of wood oil on our Cedar Town House (one of an enclave of three). Our point of contact was Will Bowden who promptly provided the quotation and detailed thoroughly what processes would be followed. As there was a specified time frame for us to have the work completed, Will was happy to assist in ensuring the job was started at a time which would suit in with our plans.
The Painters and the materials arrived on site as detailed. It was great to have a team of guys who really cared about what they were doing. They were polite, cheerful, unobtrusive and meticulous in what they did. At the end of each day the site was left clean and tidy and even during the day they would ensure we were not being inconvenienced with the placement of scaffolding and other quipment that was required for the job. Regularly Mike the Foreman for Will would drop by to ensure everything was going to plan. It was reassuring to see this standard of attention to detail.
The job was completed promptly and we are very happy with the result. We have asked WBP to provide us with a maintenance programme for the future as we want to continue our relationship with them. Although this reference only relates to our property, WBP have completed the same work
for our two neighbours as all property owners were wanting the same high standards.
